Well, I have found this thread to be very interesting. Thanks for explaining your points in detail. I'm going to have to spend more time muddling through it to try to boil it down. Sidebar: I find it easier to follow the train of though in this format rather than the wiki format. On the wiki, I can't tell who is saying what, and when they said it.
