Thanks for your suggestion. While this type of requirement may work for some developers - its a killer requirement for us as each one of our customers has unique browser configurations that are frozen in stone by their IT departments. So we can never count on a specific version of IE in our applications.

It would be 'nice' if MS would release an IE lite runtime for situations where their customers may have non-IE or non-current IE browser configurations.
