This has been a disappointing feature of MSAccess and I was pretty sure that after the work I have been doing in Access for such a long time, the solution should not have been handled by the Access itself and would involve programming.

Just wanted a second opinion on this. Nice idea for an add on though ...Maybe MS will come out with a feature in future versions.
