Hello.

I have a grid on my form that uses a popup box to allow me to add lines to my grid. This all works fine and dandy if I have at least one pre-existing record at the Child level.

The relationship between Master & Child is actually a one-to-zero/many in that records do not necessarily have to exist in the Child. The Link Master has a relationship with the Child using two fields, Contractor & Subcode which also exist in child Table. Everything displays fine when I skip through the master.

Unfortunately, when there are no existing Child records (eg. when adding a new master) I don't even get to stop at the grid, clicking it (either right or left) also doesn't seem to have any effect either.

Why the difference???

Any help would be very much appreciated?
