As I mentioned via private e-mail, you're right, in that an error is occuring when you run the code listed in the Dev Guide, so I'll fix it in the upcoming 7.0 version, but in real life, you'd never actually call this method directly, and if you *did*, it would work fine if you have a data environment loaded in the Executant.
