You are correct. Deleted=Yes ignores deleted records while Deleted=No brings them in. Now the appropriate place to look for these details is the VFP driver help and not in Access, although this is not documented in the MSDN online help for the VFP ODBC driver. (under SqlDriverConnect)

There are several MSKB articles that use this parameter though.
