Let me clarify this. The UT is the "home" for FRX2Word. Any new versions will be sent here first. As to finding a new developer to carry it forward, yes, I have someone in mind who may take it over Jan 1. I don't want to name names, but it's someone intimately familiar with Office automation and well-known for it.
