Thats not completley true, VFP isnt without its bugs, and some serious.

I know our apps wouldnt work under 7.0 as there is a problem with _assign methods, they fail to release references to objects properly internally. We pass references to forms through _assign methods to a form handler and since they are not release the forms refuse to close properly.
Makes VFP 7.0 pretty useless to us at the moment until we get a SP or HotFix.
