Sorry for the delay in my response..

Try changing the version to #8 after the GUID. It is my understanding that the GUID stays the same but the version number for the lowest version is what should be used. I have not personally tried this with Outlook, but it works for Word. Maybe someone smarter than me will jump in here and help.
