I am have problems while trying to scan documents from within Foxpro V5 (WIN98 Platform).

I have dropped the Kodak Image Scan Control onto my form, set the properties etc and all works well, except... There's always an except isn't there.

If I set the 'Show Set Up before Scan' to .T. my A4 page scans correctly and creates my TIF file (around 32KB) - This file is then viewable. However, as I don't want my users to see the Set Up Dialog box I have set the Show Set Up to .F.. Although the scanner goes through the motions the file it creates is 181KB and is not readable - Corel Photo Paint gives an unsupported Tag Value error message and MGI Photo suite just tells me the file is corrupt or in the wrong format.

Any ideas? Is there an updated version of the Scan Control? If so where would I find it (what ocx file is it stored in) I don't know if it makes a difference but the scanner I am using is a PrimaScan Colorado 2400u.

Any would be be greatly appreciated.

Many Thanks

Derek......
