We found orselves yesterday with printing problems on a new customer who runs a Novell Netware 5.1 LAN.

Everything works fine, except for printing, which is done trough a NDPS service of Novell. If they print from Word, Excel, or any other app, everything goes normal, but when printing from our application (VFP 6.0 SP 5, trough normal REPORT FORM commands), the workstation is busy (with the hourglass mouse pointer) for around 1 or 2 minutes, and then the job is sent to the printer.

The same print job takes less than a second to print in a local printer or bypassing NDPS.

Anyone has some experience with this service? There is something I can configure in the service or add to my applications?
