>>I understand your point but we are talking about a basic data entry system with very few bells and whistles. The single developer has 350.2 hours of pure coding time (which I fell is about 100 too much) and his testing department has 1295.8 hours of testing. There are another 789.3 hours from his testing department on unspecified activities.

>2,434 hours? More than a 6 months for a team of two developers/testers working on it? For a basic data entry system with very few bells and whistles that is outrageous. But, or course, you know that already. They are doing badly by you. If I recall you were going to have a meeting with this group soon; that happen yet? I'm curious what transpired if it did?

That's 1 developer, up to 8 testers and a couple of analysts (Who seem to just bill time but don't have anything to show for it). One meeting occured yesterday with the owner of the consulting company and we are having another meeting with the Project Manager and Developer on Monday. My guess is that they have lost interest in us since I have come in and started asking too many questions.
