Elyse,

You might consider hosting your application on a server at your location and using Citrix and/or Windows Terminal Services to deliver the application to your client.

Citrix and Windows Terminal Services have a (very) small client software package you run on your Mac. These client software packages are free.

The client software communicates with your Citrix/Windows Terminal Server, sending keystrokes and mouse movements/clicks from your Mac to the server, while recieving screen updates from your server. Your VFP 7 software runs on the Citrix/Windows Terminal Services server in your office. While this architecture sounds slow - it is actually very fast and responsive - even over modem lines.

I am not an expert on this technology - if you are interested in the concept I recommend you post additional questions under the topic 'Citrix/Windows Terminal Server' as well as search the archives for threads containing either of these product names.

Good luck!
Malcolm

>We have a potential client that is using only Macs. Our application is written in VFP7. I understand that it is possible to run Windows apps on a Mac using an emulator. Will it be possible to run a VFP7 app that way as well? Has anyone done it? Are there any problems to look out for?
