I do, and frequently. But, we also want to have our own knowledge base to be accessible to all the pgmrs in the dept without requiring each to have access to the web. IRS security requirements prevent us from making normal connections to the web because of the possibility of hackers gaining access to taxpayer info. Ergo, this is why I have been emailing to my lotus notes account selected records. What would really be nice is to download the entire UT message base and store it one one of our servers where all the dept pgmrs could query it without going to the internet. Possible?
