.bmp files with spaces in name

Good idea Sergey, but I took the other route...

I went to the registry and took a chance and deleted the existing association, which was "PhotoDeluxeBusiness.Images.1".
This then let me add .bmp through the normal process.

But it still didn't work as needed until I added the "%1" you mentioned.

Thanks! Another buglet bites the dust!
