I wanted to tell you that I found your FAQ#7656 to be extremely useful.
Both the title and the description, however, are a powerful understatement! The function can not only open HTML-files or an e-mail application; it can actually open
any document with its default application, for instance, Word documents, Excel documents, TXT-files, or JPG-files. Perhaps you want to change the description to reflect this fact.
For instance, the users of my system regularly use it to open files with extension TXT, with their favorite text editor.
I wanted to mention this a while ago, but it seemed you were no longer participating in the UT.
