For 24 people, slightly over 50%. You can do all the required calculations in a spreadsheet. Calculate the complement first: the probability that you don't have two people with a common birthday.
Probability for 1st. person: 365/365
Probability for 2nd. person: 364/365
Probability for 3rd. person: 363/365
...
Subtract this probability from 1, to get the desired answer (for 24 people: 0,538).
