One of the best books that I found is Whil Hentzen's Programming Viual Foxpro3. Don't worry if you are going to 5.0, 99% of the stuff still applies. Another good book that is a little bit more on the intermediate level is The Pros Talk Visual Foxpro 3 (Microsoft Press).
