I disagree. I love cooking Thanksgiving dinner. I do most of the cooking around here, and pretty much can take it or leave it on an average day, but Thanksgiving is special. I typically start on Wednesday, making rolls and cranberry sauce (though one of my kids often does that), and some desserts. Thursday's for the stuffing, turkey, sweet potatoes, and other vegetables. (Hmmm, I'm salivating as I type. <g>)
