This should work for you. The ESL can be in the START IN directory or the TARGET directory. Very puzzling on why the the EXE cannot find the support library. I would try:
(1) Copying the ESL to the APP\USER directory.
(2) Make sure START IN directory is correct. Perhaps a long directory name became mangled and XP cannot read it.
