Yes Novel is involved. I have a call in to the client to get other specifics but they have not returned it yet. Its been awhile (6-8 months) since I last talked to them but from what I remember, they are running NT 4 and Win2K on a Novel network. The printer involved is an HP either 5000 or 8000 series color inktjet (I believe).

When I get more info (ie. drivers being used etc.) I'll post it.
