Why does report print completely only some of the time?

The process does not save the document. The process goes something like this: Open Word, create the doc, send the doc to the printer, then close word. All transparent to the user.

The image is a collection of lines and labels that represent the profile of a bridge, its pilings, and bottom profile from multiple readings. It is created on the fly in a container object in a VFP form.

Astetics is the reason I am using Word. I originally attempted to capture the image, save it as a *.bmp then print it. Client wasn't happy with the way the diagonal lines looked like stairs when printed. Printed using Word, the lines looked great.

I will modify the code to keep Word open and save the doc, that is a good idea.
