The name of the book is: The Visual Foxpro 3 Codebook. The author is Yair Alan Griver. The ISBN: 0-7821-1648-5. It sells for $39.99 and comes with the codebook CD. Note: Since this is for VFP 3.0 (there isn't any update) you will have to recompile all the files, utilities, etc. for 5.0. This is a real pain.

This is a nice framework, but can be a bit of an overachiever. The learning curve is rather steep. Also, never, never, never use the object oriented menu builder that comes with it ;).
