The connection we have here at work is about 10 times faster than the cable modem access I have at home. At home, when I ran my little demo, I was getting requests back within seconds. At work, behind the firewall, with a much faster connection, it times out in between 20 and 40 seconds - then I get the 'Unknown COM Status Code' error - and I'm not talking about a single web service that may be down - in the demo I built I access about 10 of them. Same thing happens with each one...
