You should choose another option on this form and then choose from your classlibrary Form class (select your classlib by pressing Browse button). I've just created a form based on my class using this file, no problem.

Your steps are:

Ctrl+N (File - New)
Form from Wizard,
this Wizard would be on top,
then select Another option for class and type your new form's name (filename) in the FormName textbox. Select directory for this new form.

Works fine for me.

Are you sure, your new class is in this classlib? Type modi class ? in command window and check, if this class in this classlib.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
