I think this is a known issue, but I can't be sure from your description. The steps we have for reproducing a similar crash are very dependent on the exact steps, and you have to do it just so. If you could post precise steps, or directly mail me a zipped-up form and steps to reproduce this, we could be certain we have it covered. I don't want to falsely assume it is the one we already know about.
