I Have just finished a program to send E-mail "listing specific changes in a database" to users.

If your using exchange (to send the e-mail) it should me possible to use RTF tekst to send to the users. RTF tekst can handle bold italics color .....

It also should be possible to send RTF tekst with exchange to a fax-modem! Last week I found a program "foxword" to print fox-reports to RTF-tekst output ! This could be of help to you. (info@belcon.com)

I haven't tried it yet but i'm sure it should work.
