There was a very creative tip at Whilfest to do just this:
Convert the two tables to xml strings and compare the strings (cursortoxml()). It's very fast.

The Modified dates are not making sense and I made the changes so long ago that I am not remembering well what they were. My changes would have been to change the values in one or two fields. I did not add columns or rows. I would like to compare the contents of the two tables to find my changes. Can I do this through SQL or does someone have another idea?
