What I'm doing there is
ox=createobject("selectedclass")
ox.saveas(cYouNameTheFile)

I think it should work from VFP5. The list of classes is derived from any form classes in any .vcx you have in your path. One thing to keep in mind is that the class should be able to get instantiated via CreateObject(), because if it has any bound controls, or mentions DataEnvironment, it will not initialize.
