We haven't refused anybody yet and anybody with any sort of visibility factor or that we can in one way or another verify as a vendor or contributor is allowed access. The main reason for the approval process is that we have to avoid people 'testing' the service and posting garbage - and believe me people do even if they don't have a provider account. Providers can also delete entries and that too needs to be controlled since we can't have everybody loose on the data.

As to your delay that was my fault, but it was accidental. It came in late because I've been having email problems on my end and when i got it I was swamped and forgot to approve it immediately. Typical turnaroudn should be at most a day or so, but is more likely to be within a few hours.
