I recently downloaded the evaluation version of DataClas/VFP from Red Matrix after seeing it mentioned in another thread. The included sample app, I got to work with no problems. My backend is MS SQL Server 2000, SP1. As far as I tell from the documentation, the eval version is supposed to be fully functional witht he limitations that it pops up reminders during certain data acces functions. My problem is this. I attempted to follow the tutorial in Chapter 8 of the manual to create my own sample application. After creating the database, table, and ODBC connection, I ran the stored procedure wizard. The script file it generated was missing key elements, which caused it to fail. The missing items includied the enumerated column names in the create procedure methods. However, if I run the SP Wizard against the tables inclded for the sample application, it DOES generate valid scripts. I've checked issues like table and database permission (but I'm logging in and doing all functions as sa anyway), and it all looks clean. Is this just a limitation of the eval verion that I can NOT generate the SP code for my own tables, or am I missing some small but key element when creating my table?
