Okay that sort of works.

I fixed the return value and when the relational expression is correct it returns the correct data.

One problem though.

The relation gets triggered during openfiles. Nothing unusual in that I hear you say. Well that would be the case except my lovely expression

'relCurrPrice(prsched,code)'

gets replaced with

'effdate'

I have absolutely no idea why this might occur.

effdate is part of the key

'prsched+code+str({^3000/01/01)-effdate)'

but why should it be corrupting the RelationExpression????

Any ideas????

PS Can I save the current SET KEY setting. KEY() just returns the key tag
expression doesn't it?
