If you are using the soap that came with VFP 7 then you are using SOAP tooltik 2 you can go to http://msdn.microsoft.com/downloads/default.asp?URL=/code/sample.asp?url=/msdn-files/027/001/580/msdncompositedoc.xml and download the SP2.
