I tested it on a few screens(monitors) and it was fine ..but the other day i tested on a 14 inch and some of the big forms wouldn't fit in or was just cut off the edges. Please note I did develop the forms too fit in on 800*600 and the screen I tested it on was 800*600 but it didn't fit in.

The differences may come from the "small fonts" or "large fonts" settings. You may have design your interface using small fonts and the user is using large fonts. Check this setting.
