I used the print when !empty(myfield) in all the fields in the last 15 rows of the detail band. It didn't make any difference.

There's nothing for me to check in the group because this isn't a group - its the detail band.

Do you have any more suggestions?

If I double click on the detail band and get the detail height dialog box,
there's a spot where I can run an expression on entry before the detail band height gets evaluated. Have you ever done this? Do you know what the expression would be?
