I do not know, just did not seen any information about that.

Again, I do not know. It would be good if somebody from MS jump in here. I think MS dictate what to include - they sell these products. Probably (in my opinion), VS6 contains much more than just VFP6. With just VFP7 SQL Server would be too much ;)
