Both the project and the database are internally stored as tables. PACK can be used on both.

Personally, I believe PACK is safe for both; however, someone complained here on the UT that the database was lost, so better make sure you have a recent backup.

Don't forget to PACK your class libraries, too, or your EXE may get quite bloated.
