Hello, Brenda.
Are you using NDPS? This service uses the windows drivers, but manages the queue and driver downloads to any client in its own way. I know most things it does can be done in a homogenous W2000 network as this, but my customer is too accustomed to NDPS, and I'd try not to make them change it unless really needed.
I'll make some more test and then I'll tell you what happened.
Thanks!
>My app prints through Novell and we have had a variety of quirky problems. No idea if this will help when I have printer problems the first two things I do are to change the printer driver to a Windows standard driver for that printer brand, and capture the printer port in the Novell logon script.
