I think we're talking about two diffrent things - I want to consume web services and if I read your comments correctly, you are referring to publishing a web service.

>Its on the 'Advanced' tab of the Web Services Publishing Wizard. This is the componenet that listens for the incoming SOAP requests then calls the Web Service. I haven't investigated why the ISAPI listener failed, but probaly a permissions issue.
