I used VFP7's eventhandler so that every time I say "Knock Knock", it will respond with "who's there". I finish off the joke, and it bursts into gales of laughter. It makes a really great audience. But other than that, I'm haven't done anything at all with it. I'm thinking about tying into our PBX and creating scripts to help people that dial in. That seems like a big undertaking, though. As far as sample code, I don't really have anything worthwhile. I adapted most of the ideas I'm using from the most recent FPA. I could probably send you something if you really want it, though.
