I have a modem configured for dial-out and once in a while it "hangs", reporting that the line is in use by another application. The only way to make NT dial out again is to reset it, which in turn resets the modem. It is a Sportser voice 33,6 external. Does anyone know why this may be happening? I am guessing it may be some type of incompatiblity of the modem, or driver, or the serial link.
