Hi Vic,
If you're creating an application within Access that the user can navigate you need to click on the "Forms" button and create a new form in which you can add buttons associated with the task you want carried out. Right click on the command buttons you create and select properties and then you can add the tasks you want carried out to the "Event" tab. You can click "Alt + F11" simultaneously on your keyboard to edit and optimize the code for each command button via the Visual Basic editor.
When you're finished with your code simply right click on the empty grey box area on the upper right-hand side of the form and then select "Form View" to run the form.

>Thanks.
