Hello All,

I am running Outlook 2000 on Windows 98 and when I try to start outlook it does not get past the splash screen. I run outlook in its "safe" mode and it will load just fine.

What I think I have narrowed the problem down to is I installed McAfee VirusScan v6.0. McAfee put some custom buttons on my outlook toolbar.

I have tried uninstalling McAfee but that didn't work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Office but that didn't work either.

When I have outlook open in Safe mode I cannot get to the customization menu to reset the toolbars.

Does anyone have any ideas besides reinstalling Windows?
