There's a wiki page where you can see comparisons of most (if not all) frameworks available (fox.wikis.com).

My recomendation is that you take advantage of the money-back guarantees framework developers offer, and try AT LEAST 2 frameworks to see which one feels more comfortable given your personal development style.

There is much more to a framework than forms and I'm sure that most of them come with some base classes for these.
