I wish it should because it's a promise afterall, but to my disappointment they will only send you some (not the totality). Ofcourse, not all, but unfortunately we have that experienced. Business Point of View it's understandable. We end up doing our own and it turned up favorable on our side long term without dependency on 3rd party other than Microsoft.

Yes, but bottomline is it's a better starting point than nothing.
