2 first options just run the NET Meeting application and use it. I'm not sure about third option, but it is probably also related to NET Meeting or similar tool. How to use them through COM or regular running - you can probably figure this out by reading more information related to the NET Meeting or any other particular tool. I did not seen any public standard related to such kind of "collaboration". Also, seems "Collaboration" is not a proper name for these tools either. Here "collaboration" is probably used as collaboration between people organized using NET Meeting, not a collaboration between Excel and other applications ;)
