Hi!

Try to look to wwIPStuff. It contains HTTP/FTP transfer methods.

You can also use a WEB Browser control with page loaded from disk that contains JavaScript. This JavaScript submits form automatically as soon as page is loaded into that control. In the WEB form on HTM page include FILE field with filepath to the file. This file will be upoaded to the server as part of the form submit. On the server you will require the WEB application for this to catch the form submitting request and strip out the file from it.

HTH.

The professional level of programmer could be determined by level of stupidity of his/her bugs

It is not appropriate to say that question is "foolish". There could be only foolish answers. Everybody passed period of time when knows nothing about something.
