The Connector Properties are based on the specific SoapConnector implementation. See the SOAP Toolkit docs for more details. If you are getting an error with the above Connector property, you might try following instead:

lo = CREATEOBJECT('mssoap.soapclient')
lo.mssoapinit('your wsdl location')
lo.ConnectorProperty("ProxyServer") = 'MyProxy'
lo.ConnectorProperty("ProxyPort") = 80

You would set the last 2 properties to your specific proxy server settings.
