Even with localhost and 127.0.0.1 addresses you'll have to go through the proxy if you don't put them in its bypass list (I said that not using the proxy in this situation would be the most likely because when you have a web server in your own machine you'd normally put its local references in the proxy's explicit or implicit bypass lists). Anyway, unfortunately it was not a suggestion, 'just trying to clarify things out (not to great success, I admit).
