The cProgress class he is referring to is the native VFP progressbar class similar to the ProgressBar OCX (down with OCX's!) which I created. Anyway, I believe the question here isn't so much as how to use this particular class, but rather how to keep track of counts for database operations like pack, reindex, etc. There was a thread a while back that discussed using _tally for something like this, no?
